She provides daily updates to you regarding your closing process.  She tracks the progress of title, inspections, appraisals, loan applications, and makes sure that all necessary paperwork associated with your home sale or purchase is complete and available in time for closing.  Rita defines personalized service.
	Stacey Zynen - Listing Manager Stacey assists our team in managing your listing. Upon listing your home with us, she’ll schedule a time to meet with you to preview your home, take measurements, capture photos and provide flyers. She also assists with uploading your home to our websites, creating virtual tours and other marketing campaigns. She obtains showing feedback from potential buyers for communicating with you as our client. Stacey administers day-to-day operations in our office.
	Pat Miles -  Showing Coordinator Pat manages our front desk.  She personally schedules and track all showings for your property as well as communicates all showing appointments with you.
