She provides daily updates to you regarding your closing process.  She tracks the progress of title, inspections, appraisals, loan applications, and makes sure that all necessary paperwork associated with your home sale or purchase is complete and available in time for closing.  Rita defines personalized service.










Silva DeHaven  -  Listing Manager
Silva assists our team in managing your listing.  Upon listing your home with us, she’ll schedule a time to meet with you to preview your home, takes measurements, capture photos, and provides flyers.  She also assists with uploading your home to our websites, creating virtual tours, and other marketing campaigns.  She obtains showing feedback from potential buyers for communicating with you as our client.  Silva administrates the day-to-day operations in our office.
